-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What's new
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) Using now a much faster and much more simple method to detect the VTI
    (thanx to Julien)
(2) header file optimized (removed all unnecessary spaces, comments etc)
(3) graysrc.c added which holds now the documented source as well as a small
test program which reports also the detected HW version
(4) A new macro added to the gray.h file:

IsRealHW2() returns 1 if program is running on a HW2 calc otherwise 0

NOTE: this macro only returns the correct value if GrayMode(GRAY_ON)
was processed at least once correctly.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
History
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

12/02/2000:

(1) Using now the "perfect grays" algorithm for HW2 calcs which is also
    implemented in UniversalOS 1.21
(2) Detects VTI and uses HW1 grayscales on it

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How to use
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) make a copy of headerfile include\c\gray.h of your tigcc installation
(2) copy new gray.h file into include\c

That's all.

Every build uses now the new gray support.
You will get a safety warning stating: "#warning Building with New Gray Support !!"
This is just to inform you. If you don't like it edit the gray.h file and remove
it.

UPDATE: The IDE has problems with this warning. If you use the IDE to compile
your program, remove the line from the headerfile

To use temporary the old grays again just put the following define before
any other include directive in your file:

#define USE_OLDGRAYS

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Example
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just as example (if you haven't any own project to try) I have included to
versions of TI-Chess. One time build with the old grays and one time build with
the new grays.
